  1. How about a constitutional amendment extending free speech to the internet? Doesn’t seem like it should necessary, but would prevent isp censorship. Of course they haven’t been censoring anyway, that is the facebook, googles, YouTube kind of corporations.

  2. People complaining about provider prices might go up, but let’s cut the small isp guys from competition, that will really help. Guess what, less competition, can’t charge more for bandwidth hogs like Netflix, who is going to pay for the infrastructure? The isp. Then you still get charged more, but with fewer isp choices.

  3. Trump is just trying to undo everything good Obama has done because he's a giant child. Notice how everything Obama has set into place Trump has undone. Taking the ban off hunting certain near extinct species of animals, Taking away lands from parks and animal refuges, Trying to wreck low cost insurance for the poor, Many other things…and now this. Go ahead Trump supporters, bash me. But it's true. If you open your eyes you will see he is bad for this country. No matter how you felt about Obama, he is not in office anymore. Lets stop comparing apples and oranges and see what's really going on here.

  4. Soo happy I live in the European Union with it's unified laws. I live in the Netherlands and we are upgrading all houses to fiber city by city and there is a huge amount of providers that compete against each other. I have a gigabit subscription, imagine you pay for a gigabit and someone just closes the valve just because you watch Netflix all day 😂 we have special dedicated servers for Netflix spread around our country to solve bottlenecks…. Kinda waste of money if the whole country can only watch 480p😂
It's realy sad what's going on in America with all the law changes in favor of the big companies.

  5. Screw the people. They brought it on themselves. This would have been a non-issue if people had choices for ISPs. But they (the states) gave preferential and exclusive deals to ISPs, or telecom companies that are going to last for a very long time.

You put the wrong people in office in your state, you pay the price. People thought that they were getting services for low costs when the officials of the states signed deals with the telecom companies, but there is never a free lunch. Sooner or later you have to pay the price.
Now it's time to pay. The companies will squeeze you dry.

I think ISPs should have the right to control traffic on their lines, and if you don't like it, get your service somewhere else.

  6. I already swore off buying video games for all of 2018 because of EA.. I might have to get rid of the internet for a whole year soon

  7. If some company tries to charge you to access Facebook……. go aheadAND CHANGE YOUR PROVIDER… what is the issue here, this is a total joke, i laugh in the face of all you whimps

  8. If Ajit Pai, who's commissioned under Trump, gets control over the internet, he will only allow certain news websites like Fox News to have high speed, while shoving neutral news sites like the Guardian under the bus. Not only that, but premium website packages will mean that rich people will have more access to information than poor people. This needs to stop, or it will affect the entire country.

  9. Just like paying the Radio DJs extra money to play your record labels more than others. Just ask DJ Allen Freed about it.

  10. Basically more money for already rich business men and women and making them more rich and less money and becoming more poor for the average citizens

  11. Time to shut Netflix and the Internet. I plan to go on my roof and mount an outdoor antenna and get free television. Great I will not have to pay for nothing. Since the internet bombards you with ads what the difference from the use of free television.

  12. I haven't seen one company rise up against the Internet corporate giants during net neutrality. And now they are telling us the net neutrality is going to crush us. I say let's wait and see.

  13. Well it looks like most of us will have to find a new hobby that doesn't involve the internet…I might get the house cleaned and go for a walk but it will take 30 days of crying to get over my youtube addiction. .

  14. First couple are being dumb, it is not isp’s that are a threat to YouTube channels, it is YouTube itself. They are the only ones interfering with content and monetization.

  15. If I see so much as an option for extra services I will cancel my internet. It is only for entertainment and paying bills. I will turn off all paperless statements and pay my bills the old fashioned way. It would be tough to get used to at first but I existed just fine without the internet earlier in my life and I can do it again. Same for cell phones. I will turn off the 4G and just use it like cell phones were before they were able to access the internet.

  16. Money rules and We, the People, lose. Our freedoms are being stolen by Big Corporations and, frankly, we can't stop it. The government has sold us out.

  17. BFD. so what. netflix raised their price. I said "bye" and canceled. I'm not paying anymore for their crap bollywood BS anymore. I'll go read a book instead of wasting time on all this crap.

  18. i would do anything so net neutrality can't get repealed. we need the internet because we need to communicate with people. what if you have a relative living somewhere you dont live (like example if u live in virginia and your relative lives in texas). honestly i just want to move to another country

  19. Ok ww3 didnt happen because of easy access to information thru social media and internet. Maybe in the future we have to pay for the oxygen or even when we fart we have to pay lol.

  20. Will be dropping services soon and getting back into 🎣 thanks for all the information I have received over the years .. had fun and got my wake up call

  21. YouTube makes money with intro Ads. Red is ad free for $30 a month. Similar to Netflix. Net Neutrality not the point here. Its all about access package plans.

  22. how is are goverment getting a way whith this not so Long ago when they said that are freedoms will be taken away little by little if we voted for Donald Trump and look they are right also i hope to god he doesnt get millions of americans killed whith war the american people need to wake up before the internet goes down the toilet

  23. That was the most pathetic protest I've ever seen. Clearly this slipped past the general public and didn't go viral cause at the very least the amount of comments should've broken the internet….well you know…..in a different way from what ajit pai did….

  24. IM KILLING MYSELF I CANT EVEN GO HOME AFTER GRTTING BULLIED AT SCHOOL AND WATCH MY FAV YOUTUBERS🙁

Edit: THEN I CANT EVEN TEXT MY FRIENDS ON MY SOCIAL MEDIAS SO I CANT EVEN GO AND TALK TO MY FRIENDS TOO BE COMFORTABLE

  25. I’m confused it’s been several months and it’s legit the same as a year ago literally nothing has happen

  26. Good thing we never seen any of these internet ending things happen yet huh? As a matter of fact I have seen new internet providers in my area.
