THE SO-CALLED, NET NEUTRALITY RULE EXPIRED TODAY, RULE MAKES SURE THAT INTERNET PROVIDERS, TREAT ALL USERS, EQUALLY, IT WAS PASSED UNDER PRESIDENT OBAMA BUT TRUMP ADMINISTRATION SCRAPPED NET NEUTRALITY LAST DECEMBER. RULE PREVIOUSLY PREVENTED PROVIDERS FROM SPEEDING UP OR SLOWING DOWN ACCESS OR BLOCKING SPECIFIC WEBSITES OR ON LINE SERVICES.
